Digital marketing
What does it mean to be a business in this “digital” world?
Are we moving into the future or into our past? I think we should just
say, let us wait. We are here now in 2022 and so far we have been successful,
but there will definitely be more successes when we turn this digital. The
definition of the word “digital marketing” might seem like a little bit
different than other definitions. You see, “Digital marketing” is not simply
any kind of media. It is also online promotion of any sort by use of various tools,
which can be used either for your own purpose or for the benefit of someone
else. To make things more clear, let us take an example – why do you want to
start a website if you don’t know anything about coding and HTML and CSS? Yes,
I am sure that with all those words that people already tell you about HTML and
CSS, you will probably need some training and knowledge of at least 2-3 coding
languages. And yes, there will always be many free websites out there that will
teach you how to code in two easy steps (or even better in just one).
We have learned recently how important website design is
and how much of the most popular sites of the Internet are made up of web pages
and so you cannot ignore that there are very popular HTML and CSS codes out
there. So, it will not come as a surprise that the demand for skilled
programmers and designers is growing each year. That is good news for
everybody’s businesses and for the marketers who have no idea where to find
them. But here’s the thing; most of them (if not all) do not know the
difference between front-end and back-end development. For example, instead of
building a simple blog page in HTML and CSS, they want to build a full fledge
website and then make their content available on the front-end side. When they
are going to create an email campaign, they don’t care whether it is targeted
to students and professionals from different parts of the world or not. They
just know what to use because the code they create automatically looks
something like this (in case, you are thinking that they are using a custom
developer or designer):
