          Today I'm telling about the health and fitness.These two things are very important for now-a-days.Every one have a busy life.They don't have time to do some exercise and eat good diet.There are some important points that you should follow to maintain your good health.

Morning Walk:



                             First thing that you should do, is to wake up early in the morning and go for a walk.Don't need to run just walk for 30 minutes.This will help you to maintain the blood flow and heartbeat.

There is an old saying:

"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise".

Morning walk also helps the digestive system.

Exercise:



                 After the morning walk, do some exercise of the body.This will loose the extra fat of your body.It will maintain the good body shape.In these days Obesity is the main problem of the most people because they don't walk.After eating foor people lay down, so the fat is made.Stomach needs 4 hours to digest the food properly.

                Exercises makes a man active.

Good Diet:


             Today people don't have time to cook food, therefore they prefer fast food.They eat burgers,pizza,BBQ etc.These are rich with fat.These causes many diseases in human such as diabetes,obesity, and many diseases.

             We should prefer the vegetables.Because nothing is more important than our health.Vegetables helps us to boost out digestive system and defensive system.

           If you have good health , you will enjoy every moment of life.Life is amazing for a healthy person and hell for a unhealthy person.
